| I don't asking you to un-ban me, your server is awesome, you ban me for a good reason, I admit. Its hard for you to find the truth in all the lies you heard in MCMD ban appel. I am just saying you that I don't ( i mean DON'T ) stole these item. Sadly, I can't tell you who gave me these, I don't remember myself.
Could you possibly delete all my stuff and make me take a new start. You know I was not malicious.

I just want to say that i read the rules carfully, and I don't break any. I just accepted gift from a mod. Ask to everybody if I stole them, you will see.

I don't believe you did anything illegal to obtain these items, but you should not have told me those few, small, lies when we were talking.
I know you didn't mean to do anything wrong, but it was still illegal.
Therefore, you will be unbanned;
However, you have lost what was in your chests and shop, as well as your money because we cannot be sure how much of an influence the illegally obtained items had.
You will be entitled to ONE set of iron tools.
If someone ever gives you expensive items, like what you had, as a gift, please tell a super-mod+ who gave you the items.
And don't hide them or lie to us about them, it just makes you more suspicious.
You will be unbanned by 4:30 EST.
